Ardrox 8901W

White contrast paint for magnetic particle inspection.

Ardrox® 8901W is a suspension of a white pigment in a resin base, which utilises a fast drying, flammable solvent system. The product does not contain any halogenated hydrocarbons. Ardrox® 8901W is used in conjunction with the Ardrox® visible magnetic particle inspection processes. In combination with Ardrox® 800/3 it provides an excellent contrasting white background.

Water-washable red penetrant.

Ardrox® 907PB is a water washable red dye penetrant. It is used e.g. in non-destructive testing of forged parts, welds, casts and drop forged parts.

Water washable fluorescent penetrant suitable for the detection of defects open to the surface in metal and non-porous ceramic components during manufacture and overhaul. Fluorescent penetrant to be used with a separate emulsifier produces crisp indications with exceptionally low levels of background, has excellent heat and UV fade characteristics and is ideal for electrostatic application.

A hydrophilic emulsifier for the removal of Ardrox® 9812, 9813 and 9814 fluorescent penetrants. Supplied as a concentrate for dilution with water.

Ardrox 9D1B

Developer Powder, Solvent Suspended. AMS 2644 qualified.

Ardrox® 9D1B is a suspension of an inert white powder in a quick drying solvent. It has a low sulphur, halogen and alkali metal content. Ardrox® 9D1B can be used with any of the Ardrox® range of visible and fluorescent penetrants.

Ardrox AV100D

Thixotropic corrosion inhibiting compound of heavy duty type, leaving firm, waxy film.

Ardrox AV 100D can be used in all areas of the airframe, where severely corrosive environment is expected. Pre-treatment with the penetrating compound, Ardrox AV 8 is required.

Ardrox AV15

Corrosion inhibiting compound, super penetrating, water displacing, heavy-duty, for protection of all commonly used aerospace metals and alloys. Tack-free firm film.

Ardrox AV 15 can be used in all areas of the airframe, offering extremely good corrosion prevention at very low film weight.

Ardrox AV25

Penetrating and water displacing, all-round corrosion inhibiting compound, leaving soft, waxy film.

Ardrox AV 25 can be used in all areas of the airframe. It is designed for treatments of areas, where a soft, lubricating film is required, i.e. pulleys, control cables and other moveable parts.
